TOUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
This service is operated by Royal Riviera Travel, SNAV licensed incoming tour operator with the licence number : LI 006 02 0011.

The tour arrangement available to Royal Riviera Travel customers include all the services described in the tour description on the address www.royal-riviera-travel.com/frenchrivieratour and made on the basis of the following conditions.
Please read these booking conditions carefully. On making a booking with us you are deemed to have read and accepted the Booking Conditions .
YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US
Your contract with us shall come into existence when we take a payment for your booking. We require a 30% deposit when you reserve the tour. The balance due one month before departure (please note - If the deposit/and or the balance is not paid in time we may cancel your booking ).
YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION
Royal Riviera Travel is a member of SNAV (National Trade Union of Travel Agents) and holds a Travel Agent's Licence (LI 006 02 0011). This a guarantee of services quality for our custumers. Besides a financial guarantee is supplied by the company Etoile Commerciale. This means your money will be refunded in the unlikely event of our insolvency.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
You, or any of your party, may cancel your tour arrangement at any time. Written notification from the lead person on the booking must be received at our offices. You will be required to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below.
Please note that insurance premiums are non-refundable.
Period before departure within which written cancellation should be received by us :
(Amount of cancellation is a % of the price for the travel arrangement) :
Over 45 days : Booking Fees non refundable (20 euros)
Between 30 and 45 days : Deposit (30%)
Between 29 and 16 days : 70%
Within 15 days : 100%

CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your tour arrangement. For example, if the minimum number of clients that we require for the tour is not reached, we may have to cancel it. If we are unable to provide the booked tour arrangement you can either have a refund of all money paid or accept an offer of an alternative tour arrangement of comparable standard, if available.
We will not cancel a booking after one month prior departure unless you fail to pay the balance or in the case of force majeure.
IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform Royal Riviera Travel immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please send by mail a written report within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department at Royal Riviera Travel - 179 bd René Cassin - espace Azur- 06 200 Nice, France giving your booking reference and all other relevant information.
INSURANCE
Holiday Insurance such as cancellation, lost baggage, and emergency medical, is not included .To protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend the purchase of a travel insurance.
